Our story was born in 2019, after an unexpected layoff.
The idea of SheSide was conceived while walking searching for consolation and peace, along the bank of one of the many rivers thanks to which the Po Valley exists.
Like Linus blanck, it wants to be a fashion that goes with us to all the occasions that touch us closely. That envelops us and puts us at the center.
And it wants to be as beautiful as it is comfortable, like the land that inspires it.
Neither "she" is at her best: seeing the canal under the house without water, until recently necessary to lighten the nearby Brenta river, is not a sign of good health. Nor is it getting better. And so it is not only here.
So how can this be reconciled with the desire for a fashion that restores dignity and harmony, and not just to me, knowing how much the textile sector affects it?
That's why our solution is flexible to human and environmental evolution, and takes the best from the good of every condition and evolves to transform beautiful fashion, borrowed from the years 50, in a new perspective: a good intelligente fashion.
So was born our eco-design which is the conservation of old crafts and good practices of the past together with an innovation of use.
And from the recovery, of fabrics and people discarded, to the upcycling, which makes the starting resource more precious than it could have been before, it is like a phoenix!
I am Sibilla. And in this restart project I have been helped, in particular, by Vanessa Bonazzi (Digital Trainer), Monica Pallado and Valentina Vedovato (Friends and "models"), Shana Carrara and Giovanna Camporese (Photographers and Videomarkers), Gabriella Deon ( Academic Seamstress), Tatiana Inserra (Trainer and Seo Consultant and Link Builder), Corinna Torri (Visual Designer Consultant and Trainer), Federica Giorgia Barbara and Luisa (Collaborators), Anita Simonetti (Model Maker) and Chiara Cingano (Life Coach). A huge thank you to all. Really!
It is with all them that SheSide comes to life. “We” is the subject, and yes, we are biased. On the side of women and on the side of the environment
